Any questions?

If you or someone on your team is responsible for writing detailed PRDs, collaborating with UI/UX designers on iterations, breaking down features into sprints, participating in daily stand-ups, addressing engineering queries, coordinating QA for testing, and setting up data pipelines and analytics dashboards, then you may not need a PM from Tequity. Otherwise, we highly recommend working with one of our PMs to streamline the process.

It depends, but most of our PMs handle 2-4 projects simultaneously since most don’t require a full-time PM. This allows us to efficiently manage resources and keep costs low for our clients while ensuring smooth project execution.

Most of our PMs are domain experts with years of hands-on experience in building and scaling products. They typically have 5-10 years of experience, with some bringing 20+ years of industry expertise, ensuring strategic guidance and effective execution.
