Delivery partners faced inefficiencies due to the lack of live tracking, reliance on informal communication, and an unoptimized management platform. This led to disorganized workflows, delays, poor customer communication, and missed route optimization, impacting satisfaction and efficiency.
We developed a Flutter-based delivery partner app to streamline order management, communication, and route optimization. With an intuitive interface and real-time tracking, it enhanced workflow efficiency and navigation. Integrated with a robust backend API, it centralized communication and leveraged live traffic data for intelligent route planning, ensuring timely and reliable deliveries.
