Currently, land records and their maintenance in India is in a bad shape, with maximum litigations in rural areas about ownership. Land registration is tedious, time-consuming, and there is insufficient verification. Conversion from the current system of presumptive titling into conclusive titling will enhance marketability of land, reduce the social cost of litigation, give a boost to agricultural, urban and industrial development.
India loses 1.3% of economic growth annually as a result of disputed land titles

Brand new platform
We collaborated with Pixelvide to build a database that supports all stakeholder's activity for verifying the authenticity of the land. By integrating land related information across departments , we aimed to create a comprehensive database, using blockchain technology to provide clear land titles, secure ownership, and smoothen the conveyance of titles, by verifying requisite records and securely storing all pertinent information.
