Stitch is a health-tech startup founded by three Harvard Business School classmates Rohan, Daniel, and Felix. Motivated by a mission to transform post-surgical recovery, the founders uncovered a critical gap across hospital systems: patients undergoing complex procedures, especially transplants, were being discharged with intricate care plans, while hospitals lacked the bandwidth to monitor recovery effectively. At the same time, reimbursement pressures were pushing providers to reduce readmissions without the tools to support patients beyond the hospital walls.
As Stitch moved from idea to execution, several challenges emerged:
