With a team of over 50, the company set out to address a fundamental frustration shared by buyers, developers, and financial institutions alike: the real estate journey is fragmented, opaque, and unnecessarily complex. From property discovery and loan calculators to market trends and transaction management, AurumLiv’s vision was to bring every stakeholder and every touchpoint under a single, technology-driven platform that simplifies the end-to-end experience of buying, selling, and managing property.

2. The Challenge

As AurumLiv expanded its product suite and onboarded a growing base of users and developers, several product and experience challenges became clear:

  • A Fragmented Experience Across Multiple Products: AurumLiv’s ecosystem spanned calculators, loan tools, property listings, and market trend dashboards, each built as a separate project. Users were forced to jump between applications to complete what should have been a single, continuous journey.
